∞ Dungeon
UNFINISHED PROTOTYPE - I still want your opinion of the game please :)
So here is my entry for the godot wild jame #73 with the theme tower. I would have loved to work more on it before posting but I lacked the time to do so.
I wanted to do a strategy roguelite where you start at the dungeon entrance and have to climb while defeating monsters and loot treasure. Big emphasis on optimizing your armors to go with your weapons and get different weapons with good synergy.
I would like to know if you find the game has potential to be fun or not at all, anyway I had fun and I'll continue develop it soon because I liked to see a finished prototype (if you have ideas on how to improve or cool items I'll be glad to hear about them too !)
Currently one set of armor, 5 weapons and the enemies can't move nor attack and the dungeon isn't infinite. The whole game is not playable as it is, that's normal, you can just move around, loot and kill enemies.
HOW TO PLAY
- Arrows/ZQSD/WASD to move your character left right and up the ladders
- Your character will turn before moving if he's not facing the right direction
- UP/Z/W to open treasure chest (give an item) or use the fountains(restore HP)
- TAB/I to open/close the inventory, drag and drop your items to equip them
- 1/2/3/4 to use the weapon equipped in that emplacement, Weapons require energy, got by moving around

I like the inventory system, for sure a good game concept. Of course how good it turns out is all up to execution!
